About Me:
Hey folks,
I'm happy you've found me here on gaia. How the heck did I get here? Let's see, this is a rather long an winding story. It goes somewhat like this:
First there was nothing. The spirit of God dwelled above the water. Then, suddenly, out of no specific motivation at all:
THE BIG SPLASH!
Creation threw itself into the unknown waters of a self-fidgeted AQAL-matrix creating all of these tiny ripples on a vast ocean of primordial bliss. One of these ripples one fine 'day' set out to decipher the enigma of its own wetness. This rippled happened to be little ol' me.
It rippled forth through time and space that were unfolding as the manual for selfdiscovery out of this present-box, called human existence. My soul took out its bold brush and made some rough strokes of something resembling our dear planet earth. A close-up revealed that I would be born in Bremen, in the North of Germany, homeland of poets, philosophers and perhaps the greatest villians in history.
Anyway, I grew up in atheist liberal house, my parents running a bakery shop. To make a long story short: I had some preliminary mystical experiences (glimpses), set out on a journey to make sense of it, read Freud, read Erich Fromm, ran into Zen, stumbled upon Ken Wilber's books (screamed “Heureka!”), created a university KW group, joined the ”Integrales Forum”, co-founded and co-coordinated iMove, volunteered at the I-I with my girlfriend Stefanie, met great people there, who told me about … well, gaia (AKA “zaadz”). So here I am. Whatever this is good for - you may judge for yourself…
I look forward to your comments, thoughts, inspiration and ideas.
much LOVE,
Dennis
